Create Defects

1. On the navigation menu , expand the Setup  section. Then select Defects.

2. Select the Add button to create a new Defect.
   1. 
3. Enter the Name of your Defect.
   1. 
4. Select the Save button at the top or bottom of the page to save your new Defect.
   1. 
5. Repeat these steps to add more Defects — as many as you need.
