OEE Chart
Subscription Tier Required
This feature requires the Premier subscription tier or higher.
The OEE chart is used to visualize the Overall Equipment Effectiveness over time. Each component of OEE can be visualized separately.
Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Label | The title to display on the chart. |
| Script ID | Identifies how this chart is referenced in Dashboard Scripts. |
| Group By | Controls how the data is grouped on each chart. Each separate group will be drawn as a separate line or bar on the same chart. |
| Group By Time | Controls how the data is aggregated on the X-Axis of each chart. If no time grouping is selected, the data will be drawn as bars charts instead of scatter plots. |
| OEE Factors | The OEE components to display. A separate chart will be drawn for each factor. |
| Split By | Controls how the data is split into multiple charts. One chart will be drawn for each unique combination of grouping and OEE factor. |
Customization
OEE Charts may be customized in various ways with scripting. Some common customizations of OEE Charts include:
- Changing the line or bar colors.
- Changing the line markers.
- Adding additional lines, like mean.
Download
Charts may be saved as an image for offline use by clicking the Download button. If multiple charts have been drawn, they may be downloaded individually using the dropdown menu.
