Accountability Statistics

Definitions
- \(\text{Late Date}\) = The record's \(\text{Scheduled Date} + \text{Schedule's Grace Period}\)
- \(\text{Inspection Schedule Grace Period}\) = A Global Setting, in minutes
Many Accountability statistics are based off the record's Status, which is one of the following:
- Upcoming: The Inspection has not been started but the record is not yet Incomplete.
- In-Progress: The Inspection has been started but has not been completed.
- Complete: The Inspection has been started and all Sub-Inspections have been completed.
- Incomplete: The Inspection was not completed before \(\text{Late Date} + \text{Inspection Schedule Grace Period}\).
Some statistics refer to whether records are Done, which includes the Complete and Incomplete statuses.
Percents
Many percentage statistics, such as \(\text{Percent Complete}\), use a denominator of \(\text{Count In Progress or Done}\). This denominator excludes Upcoming records because it is more useful to compare against the number of records that could have been started, rather than all records (which may include records that could not have been started).
For example, the calculation of \(\text{Percent Complete}\) is:

| Count Complete | Number of Complete records. |
| Count Completed on Time | Number of Complete records which were completed before the Schedule's grace period. |
| Count Done | Number of records which are Complete or Incomplete. |
| Count In Progress | Number of In-Progress records. |
| Count In Progress or Done | Number of records which are In-Progress, Complete, or Incomplete. |
| Count Incomplete | Number of Incomplete records. |
| Count Late | Number of Upcoming, In-Progress, or Incomplete records which are past the Schedule's grace period, or records with the Complete status which were completed after the Schedule's grace period. |
| Count Total Records | Total number of records. |
| Count Upcoming | Number of Upcoming records. |
| Most Recent Completed Date | Date/Time of when a scheduled Inspection was most recently completed. |
| Most Recent Scheduled Date | Date/Time of the most recent scheduled date. |
| Most Recent Started Date | Date/Time of when a scheduled Inspection was most recently started. |
| Oldest Completed Date | Date/Time of when a scheduled Inspection was least recently completed. |
| Oldest Scheduled Date | Date/Time of the least recent scheduled date. |
| Oldest Started Date | Date/Time of when a scheduled Inspection was least recently started. |
| Percent Complete | The percentage of Complete records, out of the Count In Progress or Done. |
| Percent Completed on Time | The percentage of Complete records which were completed before the Schedule's grace period, out of the Count Complete. |
| Percent Done | The percentage of records which are Complete or Incomplete, out of the Count In Progress or Done. |
| Percent In Progress | The percentage of In-Progress records, out of the Count In Progress or Done. |
| Percent Incomplete | The percentage of Incomplete records, out of the Count In Progress or Done. |
| Percent Late | The percentage of Upcoming, In-Progress, or Incomplete records which are past the Schedule's grace period, or records with the Complete status which were completed after the Schedule's grace period, out of the Count In Progress or Done. |
