Definitions
- A data record is counted as having sign-off if its Sign-Off User is set.
Statistical Listing
| Stat | Description |

| Count Records | Total number of records. |
| Count Records with Signoff | Number of records with sign-off. |
| Count Records without Signoff | Number of records without sign-off. |
| Most Recent Date Retrieved | Date/Time of the most recent record. |
| Oldest Date Retrieved | Date/Time of the least recent record. |
| Percent Records with Signoff | Number of records with sign-off, out of the total number of records. |
| Percent Records without Signoff | Number of records without sign-off, out of the total number of records. |
