Access - Users, Groups, Roles, and Licenses 

Access settings let you:

• Create Users and API Keys that can log in to GS and perform any actions allowed by their Role. 
• (optional) Create Groups of users to limit their choices for selecting Parts, Processes, and Traceability. 
• Create Roles that limit what each type of User and API Key can do in GS.
• See which Users and IP Addresses are using GS Licenses, and manually revoke Licenses if needed.
